Our Mission

At Inclusion Campus, our mission is to empower organisations to build truly inclusive cultures through impactful, authentic, and accessible LGBTI+ training.

We create spaces where people can unlearn bias, re-learn truth, and reclaim the decades of understanding that so many of us were denied.

Through practical tools, honest dialogue, and human-first education, we help individuals and leaders drive meaningful change, because inclusion isn’t a checkbox. It’s legacy work.

Founder Experience

I founded Inclusion Campus with one goal: to help build workplaces where people don't just survive, they belong.

With years of experience delivering LGBTI+ awareness and training, developing strategies, across sectors and borders, I’ve worked with organisations across the globe to support their journeys toward real, lasting culture change.

My work is shaped by lived experience, intersectional awareness, and a deep understanding of what inclusion looks like beyond policy; because I know how powerful it is when someone feels seen, respected, and safe enough to thrive.

What drives me is more than strategy. It’s the decades of silence many LGBTI+ people endured. The policies we never saw. The allyship we were told was too complicated to explain. This work is about reclaiming those lost decades, and creating the kind of workplaces we all deserved back then.

Every session I deliver is rooted in honesty, humour, empathy, and challenge. No fluff, no shame, just space to grow.
